Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers for the doctor situation. We went for the check up last week. From the get-go, she comes across as very direct and no-nonsense. But after a few jokes from our side, she kinda opened up and smiled some. :) But I mean, who really stands a chance at keeping a straight face when Nate's around, right? Dr. Rivaro really surprised me with the amount of knowledge she had about kidney diseases and how they could affect the pregnancy and delivery. She was pleasant and answered all the questions we had. I feel very comfortable with her handling the health and well-being of both me and the baby. Thank you, Jesus!
Only one more week of summer school and most of a week off before teachers have to report back to school on the 13th. My building had all the air conditioners and hoses replaced and from what I hear from other teachers who've tried to go in to set up their classrooms, it's still a disaster area. Let's hope they're able to get all the dust and debris cleaned before we're supposed to be there in 2 weeks! I'm so not ready for school to start again...
Anyways, hope you all are having a wonderful end to your summers!
I'll take and post pics from this week later...preferably after I've showered. :)
